What to Expect

    • Discover the 8 core competencies of coaching

    • Establish a coaching mindset of curiosity and presence

    • Practise an effective framework for the coaching conversation including establishing agreements and cultivating trust

    • Listen more deeply, ask more powerful questions and make more effective acknowledgements

    • Gain tools that improve impact for clients

    • 21 live instruction hours with an ICF accredited instructor

    • 11 hours of self-directed learning including reading and writing assignments

    • Practise coaching with peers
