Your IFS Journey

The resources you need for the next step of connection.

Internal Family Systems

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a transformative, evidence-based model that helps clients access healing by working compassionately with their inner parts. It deepens your capacity as a coach or therapist to hold space for complexity, foster self-leadership, and support lasting change from the inside out.

  • IFS Training Part 1 & 2

We are excited to be offering two IFS courses with Wilfrid Laurier University. Complete “Foundations of IFS Practice” and “Deeper Applications of the IFS Model” for 80 hours of training.

  • IFS Supervision (Fall '25/Winter '26)

This 6-session supervision group is for those who want to continue integrating the IFS model through experiential learning, supportive feedback, and collaborative exploration.

  • Working With Exiles

Exiles carry the tender, often hidden wounds that shape our internal worlds—and the worlds of those we support. In this immersive 4-session course, you’ll deepen your capacity to hold, befriend, and gently unburden these vulnerable parts.

  • 3 Hours With Raechel

Where do you go for your own deep work? Join Raechel for a 3-hour facilitated session designed to help you access and evolve what most needs your attention right now.

Eligible to be covered through insurance.

  • IFS Fireside Chats (Free)

Conversations about the work behind the work. Unscripted, evocative discussions between Raechel and our community of IFS teacher and practitioners. This bi-monthly event from 12pm - 1:30 pm is held over Zoom.
