At Red Maple, we believe performance is rooted in presence and wellbeing. Our coach education is grounded in the principles of positive psychology and the latest thinking on resilience and how to keep our humanity in complex, fast-changing environments.

We don’t just teach you how to solve problems—we help you become the kind of coach who develops problem solvers: people who are clear, adaptive, and values-driven. Through experiential learning, somatic presence, and a supportive community, you’ll gain the tools to coach with both compassion and clarity—so the people you don’t just survive uncertainty, they grow through it.
