Befriending and Unburdening Exiles
A 4-session intensive for IFS practitioners (8 hours total)
"You can only take people as far as you have gone." This course invites you to go further. Exiles carry the tender, often hidden wounds that shape our internal worlds—and the worlds of those we support. In this immersive 4-session course, you’ll deepen your capacity to hold, befriend, and gently unburden these vulnerable parts. Through guided practice and witnessing, each participant will have the opportunity to connect with and care for one of their own exiles, supported by a skilled facilitator and a compassionate peer group.
Instructor: Raechel Pefanis M.Div, RSW, MSW, PCC-ICF
Group Size: Maximum 4 people for a supportive cohort of depth and connection
Who it's for: Practitioners trained in or actively using the IFS model
Time: 10:00 AM ET - 12:00 PM ET
Dates: October 24, October 31, November 7, November 14
