What you’ll gain:
A deeper understanding of how to work with your own activated parts
Practice embodying clients to gain fresh insights from the “inside out”
Experience leading, witnessing, and receiving IFS sessions in real time
Technical guidance and supportive debriefs to bridge theory and practice
Tools to help unblend and stay in Self, even with challenging client dynamics
What we’ll do:
Each 90-minute session includes at least two 45-minute practice opportunities.
You'll rotate through:
Being in the "driver's seat" (bring a scenario/practice a scenario)
Playing a client or part
Observing and offering reflections
Participating in Fire Drill exercises to stay connected to Self in activation
