Receive personalized mentoring that hones your skill in practicing the 8 core competencies of coaching and builds your confidence.

Course Outline:

Each of the three 2-hour-long sessions (6 hours in total) and four hour-long sessions (4 hours in total) is scheduled between you and the mentor coach. In compliance with ICF requirements, you cannot complete the course in fewer than three (3) months or longer than six (6) months.

This course meets the ICF required 10 hours of mentor coaching.

    • Four 1:1 sessions with a mentor coach where you review your coaching demo

    • Submit a word-for-word transcript that receives written feedback across all 8 competencies

    • Live, virtual instruction (Zoom)

    • Over a 3-month minimum, 6-month maximum

    • 3 Group Sessions

    • 4 Sessions 1:1 with a Mentor Coach – you will schedule the dates together
