Transformational Leadership Coach Certification

Program Overview

    • Two intensive courses:

      • Part A: Fundamentals of Professional Coaching: 20 hours of live instruction, 10 hours of self-directed learning

      • Part B: Coaching for Transformation: 20 hours of live instruction, 10 hours of self-directed learning

    • Each course is 4 consecutive days of live instruction over Zoom

    • Self-directed learning includes reading and reflective writing

    • 60 Hours of Course Work

    • Mentor Coaching

    • 2 Group Hours

    • 4 1:1 Hours

    • Certificates of Completion of 60 ICF-approved coach education hours

    • Certificate of Completion of Mentor Coaching

    • Qualifies for an ICF ACC Credential Application

    • ICF requires 100 coach practice hours, submission of a demo and that you pass a Coach Knowledge exam

    • The Transformational Leadership Coaching all-inclusive package is $6,190 + HST

    • It usually takes 8-10 months between enrolment and application to ICF

  • No. Coaching is currently an unregulated profession, however, programs such as ours meet the ICF’s stringent educational requirements in order to pursue ACC/PCC designation. If you are in a position (such as a manager) where you are looking to hone your leadership skills, you are in no way obligated to pursue ICF Certification.

  • Earning an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Credential provides you with instant credibility and increased visibility to prospective clients. You will also move from having “good” conversations to high-impact conversations.

  • Yes. Red Maple’s Level 1 program has all the ICF requirements needed for getting certified as an ACC certified. coach. Coach practice hours must be completed outside of class time but we help you track and build your hours. You can also use your continuing coach education hours to build to PCC. We are here to help you take the best next steps.
