Part A: Fundamentals of Professional Coaching
Discover the essential mindsets and 8 core competencies of high-impact coaching as established by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
30 hours of ICF-approved coach education in 4 days.

Part B: Coaching for Transformation
Hone your skills in evoking awareness and facilitating client growth. Discover how to coach the person, not the problem and catalyze lasting change.
30 hours of ICF approved coach education in 4 days.

Part C: Mentor Coaching
Be prepared to apply for accreditation with ICF. Receive personalized guidance that improves your skill and confidence.
Complete your ICF-required Mentor Coaching over 3-6 months.

Part D: Performance Exam
A review of your coaching skills by an ICF certified examiner. The feedback is written with no meeting required. With passing results, you will have completed a Level 1 coach education program and can apply for an ACC credential with ICF.

Continuing Coach Education
Courses
Over 2-4 days of thought leadership, discussion and practice, these courses are where you build specific expertise as a coach. Whether it is Dare To Lead or Executive Coaching, you will graduate from the courses with the insight and skills needed to help your client do their deepest and best work.
Executive Coaching
Leadership impact is driven by two dimensions: the person and the performance of the executive leader. Learn how to engage in high-impact coaching conversations with executives and senior leaders by addressing both dimensions and using tools designed to help senior leaders navigate complexity and ambiguity.
This course is eligible for 40 Coach Education hours.
Dare to Lead™ Parts 1 & 2
Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program facilitated by certified Dare to Lead™ facilitators. Courage is made up of skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. Discover the awareness, skills and tools needed to become a brave and vulnerable coach and help your clients walk their own path of daring leadership.
Each part is eligible for 20 Coach Education hours.
Continuing Coach Education
Workshops
These three-hour workshops are designed to help you hone your skill in practicing one specific coaching competency. Think of these workshops as individual steps on the path to being competent and confident as you practice the gold standard of coaching. (Completion of Part 1: Foundations in Professional Coaching is a prerequisite.)
