Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - Level 1 / 2 (Online)

All modalities require the client to have good coping skills. DBT is used by the clinician to help their client tolerate distress, access their own wisdom, and become able to sustain deeper work. You can learn more here:

MI is about learning the conversational skills needed to tip toward change and motivation. "Resistance" is not a thing! Rather, it is up to the clinician to know how to embed motivation through the things they ask and say. Learn more here:
