Why Group Coaching?

Let’s be honest, binge watching TV and even a weekend away won’t help us address our deep levels of burnout and stress. They can’t help us lead with courage in the face of the complexity. We need connection. We need space to pay attention to our thoughts and reactions. Group coaching helps us show up in our personal and professional lives with renewed mindsets and fresh skills.

What is Group Coaching?

It's coaching, but in a group. (We couldn't help ourselves.) Participants will gather in groups of 5-7 with the intention of discovering how to develop personally and professionally. The hour long sessions will begin with expert content and insight, and then the group will be coached for self awareness, and identifying next steps of personal growth.

 

We've all heard of a support network. It's like that, but with focussed content, powerful questions and accountability.

 

Think of it as a challenge network for leaders.

Wellness In The Workplace

Session 1: Open the Mind 

We all get stuck in patterns of thinking that are distorted, catastrophizing, or minimizing. The growth edge is to identify when it is happening and intentionally move towards curiosity, compassion, and courage. 

Session 2: Expand the Heart

We love to hate emotions. Yet emotion is what connects us to each other and fuels vision for change. We will discuss how to increase our capacity to identify, process and leverage emotion for the sake of healthy relationships and wholehearted leadership.  

 

Session 3: The Body Keeps the Score 

Understanding the impact of stress on our bodies is important knowledge right now. It is crucial that we develop practices that allow us, and those we influence, to effectively process stress and honour physical wellbeing.
