Organizational Psychologist

Dr. Aditi Raghuram is an organizational psychologist with over 15 years of experience in five countries and diverse populations. She specializes in workplace wellness, diversity, equity, and inclusion. She also leads a global cross-cultural research and practice community and is a member of the International Affairs Committee of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). Tanielle is a Registered Social Worker who received both her BSW and MSW from the University of Western Ontario.
